Situation
Mudaison is a small village of 2 500 inhabitants, situated on the edge of the Petite Camargue, between apple orchards and manades (bull farms).
The Maison de Farniente is 400 meters (five minutes' walk) from the village centre, where there are a number of small shops (bakery, mini-supermarket, pharmacy, newsagent/tobacconists).
A food market is held in the village twice a week.
